Is my data safe and secure?
Yes. We have partnered with one of the world’s leading hosting providers to ensure that your information is secure at all times and that we have 99.99% uptime. We focus on building great software so you can build a great practice.

How long are files are kept online?
All files are kept in double secure cloud storage for a minumum 12 years with complete access to active clients. For clients who have decided to cancel or postpone their account. MIVO continues to store all data for 12 years.

Do I have to sign a contract or any type of payment term?
Absolutely not. You withhold the right to operate your practice as you see fit.

“from us, for us” is designed to save you money and stress. We believe forcing you to sign a contract accomplishes both unnecessary costs and stress.

Fee's are subject to change. 

Are there any hidden fees?
Outside of the applicable and unavoidable government dictated taxes, there will be absolutely no excess hidden charges. In fact, to ensure there are no additional fees or interest, in the event of a lapse in bill payment, the unpaid account will simply become inactive, and will be reinstated upon full payment.

When will my account become active?
Your account will become active following registration and successful credit card approval.

What payment types are accepted?
Online Visa, Master Card or direct deposit payments. All payment methods will be automatic withdrawals.
